SiteKut Privacy Policy

DriftWrx, Inc., doing business as SiteKut ("SiteKut," "we," "us"), collects only what it needs to run the Service, does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This policy explains what we collect through sitekut.com and our apps (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers (except on contributor tax forms), health data, precise geolocation, or biometric data. Footage submitted by contributors may show people; we use that footage as licensed content, not to identify anyone.

2. How we use it

• Provide the Service: create and secure accounts, process payments, track credits, deliver downloads, pay contributors.
• Support: answer questions, troubleshoot, and send service notices like receipts and renewal reminders.
• Improve: understand how the Service is used, fix problems, and build features.
• Marketing: send product updates and offers by email or text (you can opt out anytime), and measure which ads and channels bring in customers.
• Safety and legal: prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, handle copyright claims, and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers that work on our behalf under contract, such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and database), email and SMS providers, analytics, customer support and CRM tools. They may use your data only to provide services to us.
• DriftWrx, Inc. affiliates and products, under this policy.
• Advertising and analytics partners, limited to measuring the performance of our own campaigns (for example, conversion events sent to Meta or Google). You can limit this through the cookie choices in Section 4.
• Legal and safety, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of SiteKut, our users or others.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your direction, such as when you ask us to connect an integration.

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold it in the past 12 months.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and measure our advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sharing for targeted advertising. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for up to 24 months after it closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Billing, tax and contributor payout records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Download records are kept as long as the related license exists, because they prove what you are licensed to use. Log data is generally kept for up to 12 months.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosting providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you, or get a portable copy.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information, subject to records we must keep (Section 5).
• Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP).
• Opt out of any sharing for targeted advertising or profiling.

Send requests to privacy@sitekut.com. We will verify your identity before acting, respond within 45 days, and will not discriminate against you for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent, who must show written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within 60 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Indiana, Colorado, Virginia and others) may have additional rights under those laws, and we will honor them where they apply.

8. Children

The Service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact privacy@sitekut.com and we will delete it.

9. International users

SiteKut is operated in the United States and your information is processed here. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will email active account holders before it takes effect.
